| Yes, Tou planned to convince the princess to hand over the kingdom of Han to Qin, ensuring peace for the people of Han. That was indeed the reason for the meeting most likely to be the right one. I don't know if there would be any reason for Tou to allow the war to start if there was a possibility for the princess to withdraw Han from the conflict, unless Tou's plan is for the princess to give an order to the army to retreat right there, on the battlefield, far from the king and the chancellor. Let's see what the princess and Tou's next actions will be. |

| This was a great chapter, as important as the war is, so is the political side of the story as well. I just don't know how can the Princess stop the war and give up Han, she has no say over the military or above Prime Minister or the King, unless she just begs her dad the King to surrender. Looking forward to see more of this as well, seems like Han might be the first state to fall under Qin but pacified without conquest which would shook the other states again. |
