A lot of people here are wondering if we stole this video and thumbnail from "meld". Of course we didn't.

Their voice over is a pitched up AI version of ours. So stolen as well.
We just took the liberty to make clear who actually researched, ideated and animated this content. Also since our original German video there have been interesting developments in the case (which meld missed, as they simply stole our old video).

One of the best things about this channel is that, when a story borrows heavily from existing investigative journalism, it's credited FIRST, by name, with links and all that. Not just a little citation, not just at the end, but first and foremost.

Great reminder to be cautious of online ads, especially those personally advertised by your favorite RUclipsrs. Any one of them could be unknowingly, or knowingly, peddling a scam.
At this point I just assume that a service is either a scam or going to become a scam when I see a youtuber advertise it- even from youtubers I think are good/cool.

I love how these videos include references. so many channels don't include refenences and it makes it hard to trust anything that is said
I work for a bank and I remember when we got a bunch of transaction blocks due to suspected fraud.
It's really hard to convince the customers to not go through with the transactions
It´s what he points out at the end. If something seems too good to be true, it probably is. 60% returns like he mentioned in the beginning. That comes from 1 thing only risk. Like highly volitile stocks will make that but they are volitile for a raeason. You might win a few but you´ll likely loose in the end. So either the investment was risky but it wasn´t so then it must be something else. Sure you can argue banks might not want to invest but then again 60% is so much you´ll find investors if you can convince them that it´s legit. People will invest into it even with way less expected profits. Not to mention it´s a product that can and is easily replaced so why wouldn´t they be undercut pricewise ... people don´t want to see it. They are greedy.

I remember starting watching Fern around August 2023, since then, the channel has grown massively and it's my favourite on the platform (after it's the individual commentator's channels). I skipped maybe like two vids but I gotta say, keep up the incredible job you do! I click every video that comes up from you and always enjoy it!
So a company thats supposed to make a lot of money puts out a "music video" ad with what looks like AI animations turns out to be a scam.

This account rocks. I know you get accused of “plagiarism” and for relying on other sources, but the reality is that is just how journalism works. Someone breaks a story, then more information gets added as time goes on. Eventually, storytellers like Fern capture all that information and creates a visually and narratively complete video. I also think Fern does a good job citing sources and crediting sources.

Fern, your videos are usually great, However this one bears a striking resemblance to a video posted by the channel meld, on the 26th of feb, The thumbnail is especi ally similar.. Did they steal your content?, or have you drawn particular inspiration from the video posted on theiur channel?
The meld video was stolen from simplicisimus, the german counterpart of fern, which is run by the same guys as fern.
